Services Advice, Dress Code at the Milan Duomo
To get to the Milan Duomo, you need to be dressed appropriately. In particular, clothing with an open back or neckline, shorts, miniskirts and hats are prohibited.You should respect the sanctity of prayer places, respect the silence and not disturb the tranquillity of others, activate the silent mode of mobile phones, avoid speaking out loud, and deposit suitcases, bulky backpacks, and umbrellas in the appropriate areas in advance.
Any behaviour contrary to public order or morals (including, for example, smoking, making phone calls, speaking out loud, sunbathing on the roofs of the Milan Duomo) is prohibited.
There are toilets in the sacristy.
